Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) is currently the main technology option providing the potential to significantly reduce carbon emissions from fossil fuelled power stations.
There are three main pathways for Carbon Capture:
The CO2 sequestration technology is still in development stage. Linde is participating in CO2 injection projects and offers a technology for the above ground storage part.
